The Screaming Eagles

The 101st Airborne Division, nicknamed "Screaming Eagles", is an elite unit of the US Army specialised in airborne operations. Formed in 1942, it has participated in many major operations, including the Normandy invasion, the Battle of the Bulge and the Gulf War. The division is known for its ability to be dropped behind enemy lines and to carry out missions quickly and efficiently, as well as for its pride and dedication to esprit de corps. The soldiers of the 101st Airborne have undergone rigorous training to be ready to respond quickly and decisively in combat situations.
